Good morning Jerrydan, have you looked at lunar edge design? Lunars Edge Design - BlackBerry App World they have some themes.
Have you tried P9981 Theme for Bold 9700 by LED or if you're a bit creative, you can also make your own themes for your BlackBerry Bold 9700 BlackBerry Theme StudioQuote:
