8330 custom theme

I am looking for a very patient theme builder that could possibly make this by xmas. I want to create a theme for my wife phone that features pics of our son for as much as possible I am mobile right now so hard to post all the details but I will. If interested I will pay for this theme at least 8-15 usd.

Any takers? I promise you will make some good money on this.. the more I think the more I am thinking 15-20 if the quality is there.
