Sometimes I get an error saying "message truncated due to size". What is this meaning, and is there a way to resolve that

is it when you are sending an email with attachments? If so it means the file you are sending with it is too large.

Yeah someone sending me an email with a voice attachment or a video. Is it an app available to be able to still recieve the message?

You could go to your webmail through the browser and get it that way.
