Thread: Alarms Sound setting

Hello, I just noticed that I cannot silence my alarms or calendar alarms in the sound profiles. No matter what I pick I cannot keep it quite.
Was at a funeral and the dang thing went off. Very embarrassed. Had it on silent but really never had to use it till the other day at the funeral.
So.. How can I silent EVERYTHING.

i just use the silent profile that is preloaded on the phone when I go to things like that.. seems to work best because it is defaulted to do nothing

Yes I have done that and the clock alarm still chimes in. And any alarm that is in the calendar. Try it

The alarm sounds even when on Silent. I use this every night. I go to bed and put my phone on silent. Then I am awoken by the alarm the next morning. You need to disable the alarm if you dont want it going off.

Ok, I fixed it.

Now the only one that still alerts during silent (or other sound profiles) is the alarm set under clock. This is good cuz if I leave it on silent by accident or intentionally during the nite it will still wake me in the am.

Don't really know how I did it but it works now. Just reestablished the alerts on the calendar and in now works. Also when the clock shows only the morning wakeup shows at the bottom of screen. The others use to show up there.
