when my telenav authenticates, i tell me to call *611 and says Service Authorization Error: Please call *611 to verify that you are provisioned to use telenav gps navigator.
has this happened to anyone else and what do i do? its late i need my navigation and verizon isnt 24hour help anymore. so *611 doesnt work.
Was it working before this? If you just installed it, have you pulled the battery since the installation? Your profile shows the Storm so I'm assuming you just reinstalled after the OS update?Quote:

This isn't going to help you situation at the moment, but TeleNav has been know for service interruptions, it may be coincidental that it happened right after you updated. There may be an announcement on their site stating that. I know they have a very prominent disclaimer about service interruptions posted. Or it very well could be a 5.0 problem, an email or a call to support might help figure it out.
Checking into this as well. I did extensive reviewing for TeleNav a few months ago and have a contact there. Sending an email now. Hopefully if it's not compatible yet, it's at least in the works.
If TeleNav doesn't work on 328 I'm totally not upgrading lol.
Haven't heard back from support yet BUT... I just loaded 5.0.0.328 on my Storm. No problems whatsoever with TeleNav. And that was straight from my backup file, not a fresh download from the TeleNav site. I wonder what could be up with yours? Maybe give TeleNav a call if you haven't already resolved this.
I used telenav this weekend and past week quite often with no problems/issues at all, and I'm also on .328. Ive noticed that anytime an app starts acting up, if I delete any other recently installed apps, normally that was my issue. Don't know why that'd be the case, but it works for my Storm. (9530)
