Try running loader.exe. When it displays the list, the apps should be there. If not, click add and navigate to location where BBSAK saved the back up, and select the alx with your pin and that should bring them up. Select apps you want, and click next. :)

this is along the same lines, after loading 328 i no longer have my email on the home page of the phone. i deleted the email from phone and ran setup again but it still does not show up on the phone. any ideas???
From same email set up (on phone), click BB key>service books, send service books. :)
