    what does vzw do about dust under the screen. I have a little and it seems to be getting worse. Is. It worth wiping and reloading .148 and going and try getting a replacement.

    Vzw has replaced 2 storms for me for dust. One was actually a brand new one out box and already had dust. They do say though that dust is not part of warranty replacement. As far as the OS, I have put the official back on when returning storms. I hope this helps.

    Yeah they replace the phone, sometimes they might give you a little bit of a hard time (depends on the person who's helping you) but they replace it. Just say like you're unhappy customer and with At&t you would never have the same problem lol ...

    I was denied by Customer service because of my dust. I have spots all over my screen. I'll be taking it to Vzw on Wednesday to get my S2.

    I finally went down to VZW on Thursday and the tech guy gave me a little grief and said that they all get dust under the screen but he finally agreed to send me a replacement.

    Wouldn't the dust be a "user issue"? I mean all phones get dust under the screen.
