Make sure and go to set permissions the way OP suggested.

Wow - works great! Thanks for the tip.

I tried setting QuickPull's permissions to all Allow, but that didn't seem to do the trick. Setting the Default Permissions worked like a charm!

All permissions have already set "allow". But it is still not working

Interactions is set to "custom", and it won't let me change it to "allow".

Under "Interactions", "Security Timer Reset" is set to Deny and cannot be changed. I think that is forcing a "Custom" for Interactions.

Thanks for the fix. Your directions worked like a charm. Have seen a lot of comments on this app not working on numerous sites, but haven't seen any workarounds like this.

This doesn't seem to work for users connected to a BES. We still can not change the Security Timer to allow....

Nice try. Mine have been set that way for some time. No go. We're still searching for that "magic bullet" that cures all the reset problems for all phones, all the time, no matter what.

Thank you for this tip. I had two of the settings at "Custom" and when I set them to "Allow" per your instructions, it reset perfectly! THANK YOU

I am going to stick with memory eye until there is a for sure 5.0 release for quickpull. I have posted before about quickpull pro working, but it always ended up being a #fail after the first couple resets.

It works for Quickpull lite:

Go to App World and download quickpull lite and install it.

Do a battery pull manually and let it reboot. Go to options click on applications make sure it is third party applications go to quickpull lite and click on it. Go to edit permissions make them all say allow.

click blackberry key and click on set as defaults then click yes when it asks do you want to set the default permissions to these displayed values. close out of all your menus do a battery pull manually.

When the device resets and boots up your quickpull should work.
