Service Book problems?

When you go to setup (the folder) and click on email settings do you have and option to log in or does it take you right to your email accounts?

straight to the acct

but the wird things is i'm getting the emails but i don't have the icon and like i told that email about resetting my outlook

when you go straight to the acct hit the BB Button and choose Service Books then resend service books.

Then go to Options/Advanced Options/Host Routing Table/BB Button/Register Now. Once complete do a battery pull.
