no problem...and i really am impressed by their customer service too. Too the point, in fact, i felt the need to email them a half page letter thanking them for their customer service and on how fast they ship out the products.

I know it's been said a few times on here already, but they're ridiculously fast on getting their product shipped! Got an immediate email confirming my order, & another an hour or so later, saying it had been shipped. Great service! ...mine should be here tomorrow

I just got a blue one this week and I love it, the first case for me . . . thanks to all of your comments about this!!! I had read the comment "wasted too many $$$ on cases for the storm" too many times, so it was nice to have some honest feedback.

Got my case today!! Woo Hoo! LOVE it. Very sleek, very cool. Now all I need is my Invisible Shield, and I'm golden.
It's great because I can tell my husband and my phone apart.

mine finally came a couple days ago, and i gotta say, i'm loving it so far. goes in and out of my pockets without trouble, and feels pretty sturdy without being bulky. exactly what i was looking for.

I had my phone in my lap & got outta my truck the other day & my phone bounced & tumbled across the parking lot. Picked it up & it was perfect, thanks to my feather case! This thing is awesome!

I ordered this case Thursday, in purple based on all the information and reviews on this thread. It arrived today! WOW Super fast shipping, and I just chose the standard shipping. It's a great looking case and very light weight. I added a little color to my storm without really changing the way it looks. Thanks for all the reviews, you guys were right on!

Just ordered a white one..

I used google checkout and didnt see a place to apply the coupon code though.

I sent them an email to see if they will manually apply it.

We shall see.

EDIT: they applied the code .. Great customer service A++

I just ordered one as well - the GAP09 code still works!

Perhaps this is overkill, but does anyone know if/how the Incipio case works with a Blackberry leather or synthetic holster?
