Thread: cant put mp4s on my phone now with new 5.0 OS

can anyone help me put MP4 videos on my phone again, every time i try it comes up with an error and my computer wants to scan it. i tried with multiple sd cards and it does same thing, i need to find a way to sneak files in there again so i can watch movies.

I put an MP4 on yesterday. You just drag it on your video folder once downloaded or converted. I have used handbrake to convert them. There is a thread in BBOS that gives you the instructions. Otherwise try Blackberryreadyvids to download in MP4. Hope that helps.

i do convert them but i cant put them on my blackberry since i hybridized it.

this is a known issue with the 5.0 os.. you may want to try removing your media card and finding a card reader to plug into the pc until this issue is resolved

what do u mean?

most pc's these days have a memory card reader just plug the card into the pc copy files and there you go.

you might need one of those things that makes the media card bigger so you can do that.
