Thread: Vista 32 laptop not seeing Phone

My laptop recognizes my SD card but doesn't see the BB anymore. DM see's
it but BBSAK doesn't see it. Before when I plugged it in I would get two drive letters now I only get one for the SD card. What happened?

Hang on a sec Striker, looking for a 3rd party app we have that will fix that

I know there is an app that fixes the problem when the computer doesn't see the Sd card as a drive but I don't know of one the fixes the problem of the computer not seeing the phone.

Uninstall your desktop manager, reboot and reinstall, sounds like you corrupted a usb driver.

Striker another thing to add to cruz is if you are on a 5.0 os on your phone.. go options>applications>core>set all permissions to allow
