    BBM5 Wireless Recovery

    So i may be crazy, but I thought that BBM5 carried over my bbm contacts when i got a warranty replacement from verizon. I thought it automatically recognized the email associated with the device and transferred the contacts to the new device (new pin). Am I completely mistaken about that? My new warranty replacement with a fresh bbm5 ota install is not recovering my contacts. Is there a way to force this to happen?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    solved my own problem. Resent service books, got my email back up and running, and bbm5 did it's thing and transferred over my contacts. nice.
