For sure. Once Verizon gets it, it will be in a lot of hands. The more hands, the more likely to leak.

I can think of quite a few things. The graphical glitches that are a side effect of the flick scrolling should be taken care of. The highest volume setting should be a bit easier on the speaker. Lingering UI bugs that have existed since 4.7.0.x; USB errors - things like that, just to name a few areas that need improvement.

A quick workaround is to use the 3-row or 1-row view. I just saw the bug for the first time because I always use 1-row, I was like "What squished icon?" until I tried 2 icon rows.

Looks like someone should maybe start a .288 waiting room thread? In anticipation of the goods?

Now developers need to get their apps fully 5.0 compatible. I can live with BerryWeather not updating the homescreen icon, but they need to fix it in order to maintain their app presentation.

I'm absolutely loving .230. After ironing out the quirks it has proven to be an effective and productive os. Though I am excited for .288, I will let the professionals here at bbos tanker with it first.

This is my take.
I won't load this .288 build until I know that it's solid.
I've got too much time with invested with .230.
.230 is a very acceptable build. Is it perfect No. Functional Yes.

If VZW has it then let's see the fix log. If VZW does indeed intend to test it then just like when .148 was in there hands, someone at big Red has a fix sheet.

Yea I think VZW need to have hybrid builders on their team.. they crank out hybrids in no time, and they're a one man (women just so i don't offend anyone lol) team and they're quick...but then again, sometimes it's easier to get a job done alone than with others lol
