I forgot I had this H500, so I decided to try it with my BB. The phone connects to the device but when I place a call the person on the other end cannot hear me but I can hear them any fix for this? I am running the 5.0.0.0.230 Hybrid

Have you tried a battery pull? What about repairing the device? What OS are you running?

Is an H500 a bluetooth hands-free device? Is it possible the mic on the h500 is not working properly?

This is possible I tried it again yesterday talking with my wife. When I held it up to my mouth my wife could hear me so it could be the mic is not working very well.Originally Posted by bbprintz215
