Thread: BBM Question

I have a contact that has pined me I have accepted and pined him back. His pin number stays in pending contacts (waiting for authorization) and he does not get any of my replies. Any solutions?

i would suggest deleting the pending request and trying again.. i have had this happen before and that seemed to resolve it.

Delete and let resend the request, Whomever sent it the 1st time let there send it this time dunno if it helps but worth a try..

Delete this person from your contacts or look for this PIN in your contact list. Once deleted re-add the person and it should work.

That's what i just did, deleted on both ends and resent. Just stays in waiting for authorization

I am referring to your contacts, not the ones in your BBM list but the ones in your address book. If you already did that, sorry, disregard.

Try deleting the contact from your address book. This has caused a conflict in the past and after deleting from the address book was able to add.
