Yeah I downloaded the app from the mobile site. The app installed fine but when I try to run a soft reset I get an error.Quote:

The reset device option in QL works the same way as QuickPull. It doesn't harm your device at all. It has been working for some Storm users but not for others. It seems to be a hit or miss type of thing. Try doing this, it got my reset option on QL to work for me:
This fix work some people but not for others! Give it a try, it might work for you. :)
1. Make sure all permissions are set to allow in QL
2. Make sure all permissions are set to allow in email settings.
Options>Applications>select Core from the drop down menu>click on Email Setup Applications>set all permissions to allow>Save.
At this point I was able to reset my device from the QL options, and I haven't been able to do that for a month since installing OS 5.0.xxx.
