Thread: Storm not charging. No led

I have a 9530 storm. The phone has been dead for a month. I have been try to get it working but it shows no signs of life. First I thought it was the battery so I replaced but didn't turn on. Then, when I connect it to my PC its not recongized by DM or JavaLoader. I have tried almost everything. Wall Chargers to USB Root hub. Can someone help me.

Welcome to ! If you aren't even getting the LED when plugged into a computer, the device more than likely has an irrecoverable hardware failure.

sunkast is correct... if you have insurance or didnt hurt the phone yourself you can more than likely get it replaced

thanks guys for the help...its weird because one day it just randomly stopped working but I guess I will send it in for repair

That's what hardware failure is known for.
When you least expect it. I see it day in and day out.
