    Unhappy Help..cannot open attachment

    I have problem upgrading the OS, Reinstall everything from scratch.

    But now I cannot open Word/Excell/Power point attachment from email.

    the error message is "More request cannot be completed. Service book information not found"

    I have wordToGo, SheetToGo and SlideShowToGo installed ini my 9500

    What should I do to correct the problem?

    The first thing you should try doing is resending service books through your service providers site. Sounds like you do not have the service books and as a result not allowing you to open attachments.
