Thread: mute issue

My wifes phone will randomly mute itself when in a call. Sometimes almost instantly and other times after a couple minutes but it typically always happens. she is running v3 but so am i and have never had this issue. Could it be the phone itself(she just got a replacement phone) or is her phone not responding to v3 like everyone elses? Any thoughts?

could she be hitting the phone with her face? like when you hold it with your shoulder

no, she has screenlock and we have sat next to each other and talked while she was being very careful to keep her cheek away from the screen.

have you pulled the battery while the power is on and let it sit for 1-3 minutes. Then put the battery back in?

I do the daily quickpull on it, but i will give that a go and see what happens.

I used to do the same with my phone but installed screenlock and now it works great. No mute, disconnesct.
