Yes, I finally dropped it. Screen went blank, battery cover went flying and my screen got scratched.
Still works though.
On a good note, the clicking works much better now.
We should put this in the "fixes"

I dropped my first one and returned it because it had "glitches". Lol. Now I keep it in a case so if I drop it the case gets scratched.
Alcohol and Blackberrys don't mix.

Im surprised they exchanged it with the big gash on the side.
I did have some problems with it though but it was probably the OS and not the phone itself. Oh well thats before I knew about these forums.
Its different at Bell. They try anything not to replace it and get it fixed.
You guys got it good.
If your doesn't click good like around the corners of the screen an easy fix is to pull the battery and fold a piece of paper up in the area the battery goes and put the battery back in and cover. This fixes the screen click. How many folds on the paper would depend on the phone. It's kind of gangster but it works. ha

Yeah, you definately could. For my phone I didn't have to fold up the paper. Just the thin single slice worked great. It went back together without any restriction or forcing. Same as if it wasn't in there so I think mine will be fine. I wouldn't recommend trying to shove a notepad in there ha ha or a full thing of post its or something. haha
In utah if anything is wrong with your phone they just replace it with a refurbished on. Something about that bothers me.
Another option is to remove the battery cover, there is 2 torx screws (I believe they are #5 torx) the first one is to the left of the sim card slot, the other is to the rt of the sd card under the water marker. If you use a needle you can remove the decal without damage. Once you have removed the decal, take your torx and turn each screw a 1/4 turn to the left (loosen). This should allow the screen to funtion the way it was intended.

But dropping it feels good when you do it !
A bit more in depth for those who are curious:

That's a hell of a way to fix a click.
