Thread: Question about the call log

I erased my entire call log a little while back and now the entries are not in any type of order. They used to be listed in order newest to oldest. now they really have no order so if I miss a call I have to go through and find the newest I can to see what I missed. Any idea on how to sort it back to normal again?

I have looked through every option I can find and cannot figure this out...

in the messages folder, go to BB >option> and check the option where it says "message order"
Also in the message folder > BB button click on reconcile now

Do a batt pull and tell me if it worked

In my message folder, I hit BB, goto options I have 4 options: General options, email settings, email reconciliation, spell check. The last 3 do not have anything with the word order in it. I went into general options and the closest thing I see is display order, but that has two options: Name, Subject and Subject, Name.
I tried both ways and neith had an impact on the call log.

I'm actually pretty good with BB and this is the first issue I have come across that I can't figure out. lmao I get PIN messages all day with people asking me questions and I can figure all their questions out but this is my own and have no idea. So frustrating...

If you are talking about your call log order. Go to Green Phone button/ call logs/ bb button/ options/ general options/ phone list view/ and whatever option you want

go into your phone, then call log, bbkey, options, general options, set phone list view to most recent

cool, glad you got it, it took me a few minutes in my phone to figure it out. i knew i had heard of a way before.

What kept messing me up was when I deleted the call log I did it by going to the messages folder, going to view folders and going to call log, so i kept going into the message options, didnt even think to go into call log options...I feel stupid but what can you do...oversights are everywhere right? lmao
