Thread: Help on load .151 onto storm 9530

Hi all I used the bbv8 and changer for filli3225 I is working very well, I try to the new .191 and I want to back to the .151 for some reason, I can load any .151 to my device is o way is come to this screen (device application wizard) Not let me select any application lake the normal screen before.
I been delete de application on control panel and the load folder to is not working I reinstall desktop 4.7 still not working I been read all instruction o the help. one more when I wipe out the os is no way to let load the 151 I have to go to the .148 on the blackberry.com

Could you be a little more clear for your process. I am having difficulties understanding.

Sorry is very hard for me explain, I try my best ok I follow the instruction on update you os, before all is working fine I download the os and install, go to applaud and go, now I do the same by on application wizard screen you select all the application and the language and de next star to load the new os, ok ok now I the application the I see on application wizard is the same I have on the device no let mi load the new so.

If I used bbsak wipe the os I can no load the new update

Have you erased vendor.exe?

i went through the same thing a few weeks back. i am running vista
on my pc and even after deleting vendor file it was still there.
i had to do a search in start bar and delete it fron there also.

I can understand why they say disconnect from the internet when loading your hybrid. That vendor file can get in the way and download anywhere sometimes.

Amen to that. That kicked my bass for a week trying to get .151 on my phone. thank goodness for the people here. learned a lot .

Seanren78 Yes I erased vendor .exe and start manu to, so do all some folder or desktop or sonthing out by is not let me load the os the only way I have to my phone working is go to blackberry.com and update from the server is the only way I can take error 509 (no os load)

Did you downgrade your phone when the option was there?

i started with stock .148

yes i have to load the .148 stock from the server is the only away i can geve out the the error 509 after the wipe out

how you do to make work and load the .151
