Thread: Voicemail Inidcator Icon

I have a voicemail indicator icon on my screen that will not go away. I have checked my VM and it says I do not have any messages when in fact I know I do because I had left one to check my voicemail. I just want to remove the icon from my screen because it is really annoying me. Any sugestions?

have you tried a good old fashioned battery pull?

Yes I have. I had this issue once before but with the SMS icon, it didn't matter much because I was upgrading my OS anyways so when I wiped my BBD it cleared it. I'm not really in the mood to wipe and reload right now having to many issued with DM and Windows 7.

If you are in a custom theme try going back to the stock one and do a battery pull

Call your voicemail from a landline and if it says you have a message delete it and stay on the line 5-10 seconds longer after it says message deleted. Then hang up.

If there is no message calling from a landline should clear it

call and leave a voicemail, then check it and delete it and icon should go away
