if i unlocked my phone from its carrier and later on i wiped it's whole content and restored it to factory settings, is it going to restore the security as well? Thanks!

no, normally when you buy phone from the carrier, it is lock so you cant use another sim from different carriers.
if it is already unlocked by different ways (meaning can be used with different carriers) is it going to be locked again if i wipe the content and restore to factory settings?

No, when you unlock a phone, no matter whether you wipe it, it will stay unlocked!
