Is it possible to remove some .cod files without having to re-load the whole OS? Like say...using CrackUtil or another similar program? I hate re-loading the whole OS-unless it's an entirely new OS/hybrid or such.

What are you wanting to delete?
Might give MaxMem a try.

Like I said... What do you want to delete? Shrink will get rid of a lot of stuff, maxmem will get a few more ( as my trusty assistants explained but beyond that, I need to know what you want to remove so I can tell you whether its possible...
You can easily delete any cod you want with BBSAK. However be warned that some cods have dependent relationships with other cods so make sure you are careful what you do. The good news is if you screw something up, just put it backI also use crackutil for this from time to time but BBSAK is my new favorite toy.
Sunkast beat me to it... MaxMem is the app you are looking for. make sure you backup your device before using the utility just incase
