    Removing Voice Activation

    Has anyone romoved these files from Java? It looks like you could gain a lot of memory by deleting this before loading the OS.

    no it doesnt. if you delete the vad files at the next reboot it will give you an app 253 error, that what my experience said, lol

    voice activation files are only about 600k go to this thread to get Crackmem if you want to delete it, great advice for how to do it and other things you can remove safely to gain free space.

    I used maxmem to remove the vad files and a bunch of other stuff on my 9500 with no problems at all.
