Thread: How can I update the "my number" section when viewing the dial pad?

I recently bought my storm 9530 on ebay and I've unlocked it for use in Jamaica. I have my SIM card in it but I can't seem to figure out how to change the "my number" section...it seems as if it is still showing the number that was assigned to the previous owner... anyway to get rid of this? or at least update it?

Hmmm... Is there a specific place i should dial it from? I use the dial pad and it attempts to make a call... which then fails...

just from the normal call screen. No spaces.. just ##000000 (2 pounds ans 6 zeros)

gives me an error message "Invalid Password" when i input ##000000

You may have not entered it correctly. You need to get to your dial pad. Enter in... ##000000 and then hit your call button (send).
