I would could correct the problem which program do you use JLCMDR or BBSAK

not sure what either of those are... so no lol.

I just do the wipe on the phone in the security options.

ok do that and also use a program to wipe the phone of os is suggested, let me get you some links and requirments together

ok, maybe add a how-to since I've never used a program like that other then on a PC.

When it crapped out what was apploader doing...does it finish reading everything in the list OR does it stop when its reading the "java" or JVM portion?

I think a wipe might for you did you shrink it last time?

BBSAK download on pc.

You will need at least Netframe work 2.0
You can find if you have that by going to add/remove programs it will be listed there.

You will also need desktop manager installed.


Then visit this helpful thread that will teach you how to use BBSAK.

After you have done the wipe with this program your phone should boot up and say errorcode 507 no os. Let me know when you get there

plug your phone into pc

in the loader folder there is only the complete .151, I have the hybrid in another folder. vendor file is not there, should I install the hybrid before I launch the loader.exe?

yes but I highly suggest using loader.exe
