Can anyone tell me if there are any differences between using QuickPull versus using Reset Device?
Do they both do essentially the same thing or does QuickPull do something different?

I have found that both do about the same thing. They are essentially simulating a battery pull. My experience has been quick pull has been a memory drain so I deleted it and just use Meterberry's reset device function.
That being said, nothing beats a real deal battery pull.

Basically they both do the same thing cut the connection between the battery and the device. If you are having memory issues quickpull makes it easy to schedule a battery pull without the need to open the back.

See and there's a case of "every storm is different" I don't find it any drain on memory at all. Try with and without and see what works best on you're device.![]()
I was running both apps (QP and Meterberry which has a Reset Device option) and if they both do essentially the same thing, it doesn't make sense to run both. I deleted QP and I'll see what happens.
Thanks to everyone for their comments. Love this place!!!
