Thread: 140 Browser files for 141

Is this possible and if it is which ones please help any radio file other than .75 & .90 does not work on my phone tried all of them for several days finally ended up with 141 .90 but don't know which browser files I can or canot use with 141 or stick with 93 browser files in 141/5.0.0.93

I'm not really sure what your asking here. What radio code are you using now the one from .141? I only ask because you mentioned .75 and .90.



Are you on edge? Have you tried .151?

If you are on edge then you might be happy with .151 or a hybrid of.



As far as adding the 5.0.0.140 browser files if I were you I'd leave that up to the hybrid builders.



From all reports if seen the newer builds are not backwards compatible so adding them to the .141 radio code might cause you more headaches.

I've Got 4.7.0.141 withe the radio from 4.7.0.090 any radio code other than .90 & .75 gives me edge & not EDGE appreciate the input about .140 was just wondering if it was possible big help . Thanks again

Oh okay well then try .151 it seems to have helped others.

5.0.0.140 is a very buggy build by itself and the java files from any build won't ever help with the radio signal.

On another note if your trying to add the tab browser to your phone its a no go.

Their either not compatible or part of the 5.0.0.140 radio file.

Just Looking for a Super fast browser I know most browsers are faster above 151 since none of the radio files like my phone as much as me .I'll deal with what I've got.

Here I'll let you in on a little secret. We have a thread regarding twicking the settings to make it work a little better on the storm. I'll repost a little later with that thread.

This is by far the fastest and best browser I have tried to date. I only use the blackberry browser for ota's and stuff that gets forced to it.
