Thread: Help with installing OS on 9530 with TMobile

im sorry if i make anybody mad but im new to this and i have been on here four almost 10 hrs. and i need help my question is how do i and where do i get the tools and whats a good os four my bb 9530 storm and its unlocked and i have tmobile im sooooooo lost right now im ready to just put my sim card back into:aargh4: my other phone.

thank you well reading and reading i would like to have hybrid 6 with a .148 but i dont know where to get it because im new.

BBcrak, all of the links in that post come back as page not found 404 error.

P3, I think he means the links in the thread that was posted. There is something going on with the server. I've noticed that every link I've tried isn't work. I know NeoLantis is working on zipping files, but it's still strange that so many links are down.

Yeah I was editing my post right after is sent it...but got caught up in watching So You Think you Can Dance.

doesn't he need to use another radio file to be able to get the internet working properly??? i don't know since i have vzw but i thought i heard about it before

I am on VZW and don't have verymuch experience in helping people with TMo but some radio files work better than others when it comes to edge. I think I read in another thread around here that .90 & .75 are the best at holding the EDGE vs edge.

we need someone who has a tmobile in here to iron out the detail for this member.....pronto!!!!!!!!!!or as soon as member returns

Actually, was going to recommend v7.1.4-151, it holds edge pretty well without all the reboots. But Im working on the links right now

yeah thats what i thought i heard was 151 but i wasn't 100% sure....hey bbc are you running 5.0 on your storm????? or at least tried it

As far as I'm concerned, you pretty much can't go wrong loading BBCrackman's v7.1.4-151 hybrid. Seems to be the best there is.

on my buddies storm, .109 has been the best for radio file with .148 OS
