I have a gmail account set up in "set up email" and it goes through and the activation comes over, but I never get notified when any emails come in. It won't send to the BB. Any ideas?

Have you recently got a replacement storm? Have you re sent service books?

The phone number will contact a blackberry specialist for VZW. The can help you set up the BIS. I think that they ask that you try not to call them while you are on the device in question.

I was having a issue with GMail a couple weeks ago and i got a hold of Verizon's BB Tech support, they told me that sometimes the GMail accounts can lock up and you have to go to this link to unlock them.
After i did this my account worked, not sure if it will help you any bit but worth a try :-)
