    If you are with Verizon, this may help.



    The phone number will contact a blackberry specialist for VZW. The can help you set up the BIS. I think that they ask that you try not to call them while you are on the device in question.

    I was having a issue with GMail a couple weeks ago and i got a hold of Verizon's BB Tech support, they told me that sometimes the GMail accounts can lock up and you have to go to this link to unlock them.

    After i did this my account worked, not sure if it will help you any bit but worth a try :-)

    Google Mail accounts are locked for the following reasons:

    - Receiving, deleting, or popping out large amounts of mail in a short period of time
    - Sending mail to a large number of recipients in a short period of time
    - Using 3rd party file-sharing or storing software in your account
    - Logging in from multiple locations in a short period of time
    - Using your account for purposes other than email.
