Thread: Camera Issues

Hi Guys, first post here.

I'm running 114 on my 9500, however whenever i try to use the camera it takes the picture and then locks up the phone. When i do a battery pull the file is there but i cant see what the picture is. when I connect to the PC i have the same problem, the file is there but is unable to be read.

Any Ideas? Ive tried downgrading and then reinstalling the OS, but it happens again.

Are you running the hybrid version of the OS? Also, when you attempt to record video, does it also lock up?

I have the keyboard work around, but haven't installed the hybrid, I wasn't aware that there was a release for 9500. I thought it was just for the 9530?

The same thing happens with the video, although it doesn't happen every time.

Oh right... sorry about that... I see that you are running 9500 rather than 9530.... I forget there's more than one "Storm". When I looked at your Device, I only focused on "Storm" and not the 9500 part.

I think one of the other guys will have to chime in on this one.

The forums here are good places for help, but the chat is also good as well.

I'm sure someone will chime in soon.

If I remember correct there .114 for the 9500 beings that what it first came out for, there should be a hybrid

You could try to google it while you wait though
