How do I activate the complete keyboard in portrait mode.

In options, screen / keyboard I can't find this option

When I compose a message, I have SureType or MultiTap

when you have the keyboard up in portrait, hit the bb button and then enable full keyboard

What OS are you running? In 4.7.151 I have A Portrait View Keyboard setting in Options>Screen/Keyboard

Go into an app that requires the keyboard, say composing a message.
Select the Blackberry Button
Scroll down to Enable Full Keyboard
It is right below Enable Multitap

I only have Enable Multitap or SureType

He is on .132 I dont believe .132 had the full keyboard did it?

I would recommend that Jabine. 151 is a great OS.

So you have 151 installed and still no full keyboard option?

because at present there is no solution for Telus users ... to get BBM 5.0 and the browser

I can't use OTA link (java error), no browser icon and many errors but don't know why...

I'm with Telus and my compagny have a BES

I would wipe and redownload everything...and then reinstall it sounds like something may be missing...what radio are you using?

you said you are on BES...is that what they are pushing out to you? or did you use DM or Apploader to install

Oh wow! That explains your problems. In order to get the Hybrid on your phone you need to install the 151 OS on your PC. Then install the 151 Hybrid. Follow the instructions in the post below to get it up and running.

Be sure to uninstall any other OS's on your PC by going into the Windows Control Panel.
