Oh I see, look in your instant message folder.
That's where it was for me, but I reloaded everything fresh. So in my case it went where it's supposed to be.
Un-hide everything, and look in every folder.
There was one time that I had a program that showed installed in applications but was nowhere to be found.
I ended up deleting it from apps, rebooting and reinstalling it.
So worst case, it just takes you some time to get it all buttoned up.good luck.

Still a no go guys. I'm out of options. Any other ideas?
What application modules do you have in BBM properties?

When i go into Edit Permissions, the only Application Module it lists is net_rim_qm_peer
Can someone look in \Research in Motion\Shared\Loader Files\9530AllLang_v5.0.0.140_P4.2.0.17 and see if you have a blackberry messenger .alx file?

Thanks to all who are helping on this forum, the info is straight forward and works if followed properly. Got my Storm and my g/f's Storm up and running with 5.0.0.140 and got BBM5 on them both without hassles after following these posts. Thanks again for all the help, guys!
