yah..a couple of times. The last time this happened to me, I needed to resend the servce books from online and it worked almost immediately.

You need to see this cam before you take any drastic measures...
Just be patient.
Thanks Pascal. This looks like it is specific to BBM though. It doesn't say anything about missing browsers and such.
Sure it does cam...Look at the front page of BBOS. Service report.

I have been racking myself all day feeling like it was the new 5.0 OS for my 9530. I could have saved myself a ton of headache if I would have listed to my gut instincts on the servers. I had my suspicions today. It would work fine then nothing.
Time will tell. Always has in the past.
I have had times where sending the books from the device did not work but sending them from the BlackBerry Internet Service site did. For whatever reason it worked for me a few times.
Of course that is assuming the above problem isn't what is keeping you from getting your emails.
