    No Browser after OS change--Help

I hate starting new threads for this. Sorry in advance. I cannot get my brownser to appear. I have resent service books at least 5 times in the last 3 hours, but still nothing.

Can someone point me in the direction to do it online? Thanks.

Yeah cam...Don't panic....Servers have been jammed today. I would take 5 or 10 if you like, breathe and try to resend again. The browser will return before you know it.

Thanks Pascal. This looks like it is specific to BBM though. It doesn't say anything about missing browsers and such.

Sure it does cam...Look at the front page of BBOS. Service report.

    Stiefler says:

As many know there are ongoing issues with all carriers and subscribers
with BlackBerry Messenger (BBM), both the new BBM 5.0 and the old BBM.
Messages being delayed from extra seconds to the extreme with minutes. This has made MANY users very very unhappy including myself.
Here is a recent update from DataOutages.

    Trouble Ticket Number: 7392092
    Severity: 2-Medium
Description of Issue: RIM is experiencing latency with PIN messages.
This will affect PIN messages, Blackberry Messenger, Service Book delivery, and other Blackberry services.
Location of Issue: North America and surrounding areas
Start Time: Jul 23 2009 10:00 AM PDT
Symptoms you MAY experience: RIM Blackberry users may be unable to
send/receive messages or may have difficulty connecting to the network.
    Estimated time of repair: Unknown
Just hang tight cam. It will be back online before we know it.

    Anytime caminator,

I have been racking myself all day feeling like it was the new 5.0 OS for my 9530. I could have saved myself a ton of headache if I would have listed to my gut instincts on the servers. I had my suspicions today. It would work fine then nothing.

Time will tell. Always has in the past.

I have had times where sending the books from the device did not work but sending them from the BlackBerry Internet Service site did. For whatever reason it worked for me a few times.

Of course that is assuming the above problem isn't what is keeping you from getting your emails.
