Thats odd, as ealvnv said this seems more like an IT policy that has been set on the device. The reason I asked was, I am on BES and have the same locked access as you do. Might have to look into this a little further.

Very interesting bbcrackman. I was on a BES, but I changed jobs 3 weeks ago and have been off their BES since. In other words I am not "Activated". The only thing I can think of is I must of locked it when setting permissions. I have changed my OS at least 20 times with your hybrids and straight leaks and never had this issue.

It kept me from using Beyond 160 and several other apps because off the "Deny" locked permission. It sucks because other people reported no problems.

Just a thought, you can try to remove th IT policy via CrackUtil there is another workaround that I will try to find out for you.

Me too, there are several permissions that I can't switch to allow on 5.0 and I am on a BES.

I am sure it's BES settings that won't allow to change permissions as they don't want apps accessing certain areas of info
