AH!!! Trouble with MMS not recv' pics

Here lately I have not been able to receive picture messages.

I am on VZW, running hybrid 7.1.4 with the new BBM 5.0. This has been going on since before BBM, so I know that is not the problem.

When I get a pix msg, It says " could not download, please try again later."

I have tried a few times to download and still no luck. Any ideas?

I have done the *228 as well as going into the host routing table and registered.

Fixed. Finally got VZW on the phone. The problem was under Options, MMS, and in there, the auto receive was set to Home Only. Change that to always and there ya go!

I wounder if this fixes the MMS issue in .151 for the 9530? My device was set to Home Only as well. I did as vader has suggested and set the profile to always. We will see.

Well, I am reloading .151 with BBCrackman's latest hybrid and will make sure that my settings are as described in this forum. I will let you know if it fixes my MMS issues. Keep this forum open for updates...LOL

Well, just finished the reload and went and set to Always...now it is just a waiting game. My MMS had been crapping out after about 24 hours so we should know for sure tomorrow.

Ok, it has been almost 24 hours and my MMS is still working on the .151 with BBCrackman's 7.1.4 hybrid. Looks like the issue is resolved. Hooray!!!!

As soon as I went and made that change, i was able to go get the pics I had missed and I have been receiving MMS messages since then with no problems.

My MMS has stopped working again. calling VZW now.
