Notification issue (Hit the Silent Button in the Top Right)

    Ok, I feel like a moron here...lol

This morning I hit the silent button on the top right of the storm. It went to vibrate Meduim notification. I have tried pressing that button again, changing the settings in sound, and none of it takes it back to normal.

What have I done and how can I fix it?

    Thank you for your help.

So you hit the (mute) button at the top right of the storm... right. That should just mute it for the one call.
You also say you went to select a sound profile and tried setting it back to normal and it wont take? is that correct.
Is it on all calls or just select calls. You should ba able to go to sound profiles hit normal and it should be reset. Also scroll down to Ring tone/Alerts hit phone and make sure vibration is set the way you want it and volumn is on.
