Want the new BBM on your Storm? Here it is!!

Due to legal issues regarding the Blackberry Messenger 5.0 and the
leaked Operating Softoware for the Storm, we have removed these files
off of our berryOSfiles.com server.

This has been very unfortunate however, we are doing what is best for the site.

What is this?? Can it be? Do we have the new BBM files for the Storm? I believe we do!! A very nice friend who works in the 'UK division' was nice enough to send this over. We have the files for the new BBM for OS's 4.7.1, 4.7, 4.6.1, 4.6.0, 4.5 AND the new 5.0's.




To install just extract the zip file on your computer. Remember the location. Open up Desktop Manager and click on Application Loader. Under Add/Remove Applications press Start. When the screen comes up with all the apps on your device, select Browse and navigate to the folder you extracted from the zip. Choose the BlackBerryMessenger.alx and click next. Then just wait for the phone to reboot and walla, the brand new BBM 5.

Added instructions to OP

Copy and paste the ALX file into the main directory of your OS folder then copy and paste the .COD's into your JAVA folder and then run apploader.

Just finished installing via Desktop Manager...

Device is booting now.....

Do i replace the CODs with the new ones or keep both of them?

hey bbos where is the love for the other devices....

It says "storm only". When will the Curve (8330) be ready for download? I have a TON of friends that have the curve that will want this.
