only way i could get it to load was coping the cod files into the java folder and ran apploader the alx file didn't work for me

the browse to alx didn't work for me either.i had to copy the alx to the os folder then copy/replace the cod's to the java folder...then run the app loader on the DM. click check for software upgrades.

im not finding anything related to rim. i am using vista 64bit so you know.

This almost worked, even said operation successful at the end. But when the phone restarted, I had a pop error message and cant even find my blackberry messenger icon.

how does a person install the os to there pc so i can have the folders he is speaking of?

Try a batt pull..mine was buggy til i ran through everything, just like playing with it... took a little but then fine

ok so i did an *.cod search on my whole drive. no cod files except the files in the new bbm im trying to install. so the copy/paste method is not going to work for me. how do i get the folders that are being described, is there an easy way? ive delted my old bbm in the process of trying to get this to work so id love to upgrade thanks folks.
