Thread: No browser after upgrade OS

I up dated OS and now I have no browser. I am on ATT have resent service books and registered host routing table.

First of all check on your folder and make sure is not hidden

Yes not hidden when I click menu and browser it says I don't have browser configuration. I called ATT and they say browser is fine on their end

Have you done a battery pull?

I would reregister host routing table, and resend service books. Sometimes I have to do it twice. And still sometimes it takes a little while for the browser icon to pop up.

did you get both emails? you can also try turnin radio on and off, sometimes that does the trick

Also check your host routing table to make sure there ATT and not Verizon. If verizon, you need to reload the generic ATT service books.

+2 on what shane said. My point was bb was workin on servers yesterday for the Tour release and they have been down on and off.
