Thread: Answering Incoming Calls!

Does anyone have a problem answering the first call.
When I pull my storm from my holster (man purse as my wife calls it)
It comes out in landscape and as I turn it upright
It tries to switch but half**s freezes. If I hit the answer
Button on the screen it stops ringing for a second (making me think it has answered)
But has only paused ringing. Then hit hard key still won't answer until
Second hard key push.
I look like a guy tryin to turn off porn after gettin caught!
No not os not... Its done it since I got it back in February.

Sorry J all I heard was porn and that Bryan's expertise so I will let him take this one.

I don't have a man purse but when I do take it out of my pocket I do run into the same problem as you. I think it partly has to do with the accelerometer still not being perfect. I have tried getting this this right but until future OS's come out with better SFI Files I believe that is something you are just going to have to life with.

How do you release one call and continue with the other?
To disconnect one or both parties, ask them to hang up.

You are right, there is no end call option. I find it hard to believe that the phone gives you conference call capability but unable to hang up with just one of the callers. Damn I guess I better find the manual :drive:

Ha that is funny. Yes that is true. But then after the party disconnects the phone still thinks you are on a conference call. If you go to have another 3-way call (with the caller you did not disconnect from) the phone gives you a message saying you are already on 3 way call sorry no can do.

ok, i dont know if this helps but...

i just figured out that if you hit the send button twice it hangs up on the 2nd person you called and i tested it and was allowed to add another participant...

This is becoming quite complicated to remember all of this.

you seem to be right j...

there really isnt an option anywhere... best you can do it hit send twice and hang up on the 2nd person or hit end and hang up on both... i cant find a way to end the 1st call only.
