Storm 9530 in south africa

HI, I need to know what OS can i load on my 9530 that will be good to use in south africa. it was a verizon wireless product. i did wipe the device. pls help

i did follow all instructions but now its says there is no files compatible for the device connected

You need to make sure that you install the OS to your computer before checking for updates. Also, uninstall any other operating systems that you don't want. Then your computer will recognize the new OS and be able to update your device.
