    Phone goes Mute

    I got to work this morning and could not answer any calls or hear my voice mail as the speaker was "Mute" but the mute button was not on.
    BlackberryOS to the rescue again...I looked in the help forum. I had been listening to music on Pandora late last night and pulled out the earphones and shut down Pandora...wrong! It locks the sounds to the earphone jack and you cannot hear thru the normal speaker.
    Got home, turned on Pandora, plugged in the earphones, shut down Pandora,THEN pulled out the earphones, and all is well. Thanks again

    Yeah sometimes it gets stuck in headphone mode and you have to plus and unplug it to reset it. Pain in the butt.

    Stuck on MUTE solved

    Hi all, just figured out that all you have to do is hold the 'lock' and 'mute' button down at the same time for about 3 seconds on located on top of the Storm. It reset the mute and it works like it did before. Hope this helps!
