    i dont believe so, i transferred to another phone for a brief hour a couple days ago and resent service books and everything and BIS still had my old PIN, i had to go in and change it manually.

    go to this link... https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw

    login and click on "change device" under setting (left hand side)

    it then says:

    Change the device currently associated with your BlackBerry Internet Service account. Type the new device's PIN and ESN/MEID.

    and you put in the new pin and esn/meid and hit save.
