    I can't get my browser to come up. I cannot do the email setup thing because it gets a timeout error saying it cant connect. I have tried rebooting and sending my service books a ton of times...to no avail.

    Caminator I think their is an issue with BIS which mean sending service books (getting browser back) may take longer. Just be patient.

    Did you Register your Host Routing table?

    yes, that is the only thing I did...and can do. I tried your suggestion with the email setup thing, but it wont work. Give me an error and tell me to retry...just keeps timing out.

    If you are on Verizon try logging onto the BIS site from your PC and re sending your service books from there. If you can't log in then you know it is a BIS server issue

    Glad to hear it Caminator I find that a lot of times that I need to log in on the PC and re send, versus the phone.
