I'm not positive, but I think i read somewhere that you can hold down the mute button at the top of the Storm and change your profile to vibrate? Can anyone confirm this?
Because if so, mine doesn't do that.

Call your voice mail then select mute from the touch screen. Now select un mute and all should be good.
